Terms

What this covers

These terms apply to Bluepeek Reviews: the NFC cards, the review pages they open, the operator dashboard and the Bluepeek app. Using any of them means accepting them.

They are between you and the operator of Bluepeek Reviews, contactable at info@bluepeek.com.au.

What the service does

A customer taps a card, lands on a review page for that business, and chooses how to respond. Ratings and written feedback are recorded and shown to the business.

The link written to a chip is permanent, and a card can be reassigned to a different business without rewriting it. Cards are written unlocked so they can be corrected or reused.

Review integrity

This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly:

  • Every customer is offered the same options, whatever they rated.
  • Access to leaving a public review is never conditional on giving a high rating.
  • No rating is hidden, filtered, discarded or altered.
  • Nothing here is designed to suppress, misrepresent or manipulate what a customer thinks.

You must not use Bluepeek to solicit fake reviews, to offer anything of value in exchange for a positive review, or in any way that breaches the review policies of Google or any other platform. Doing so is grounds for ending the account immediately.

Your account

  • You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
  • Keep your password to yourself; tell us if you think it has been exposed.
  • Give accurate business details. The review page shows them to your customers, and a wrong address or name is your customers’ problem before it is ours.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in Australian dollars through Stripe. Prices depend on how many businesses an account covers, and are shown before you subscribe.

Payment is taken in advance. Cancelling stops the next charge and the service continues to the end of the period already paid for; part-months are not refunded. Prices can change with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

Cards themselves are sold separately and are yours once delivered.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time. We can end an account that breaches these terms, particularly the review integrity section, and will say why.

Archiving a business stops its cards working and hides its review page, while keeping its history. Deleting one is permanent and takes the review history with it.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that any particular number of reviews will result, or that a third-party platform will keep accepting reviews in any particular way — Google’s policies are Google’s to change.

Nothing here excludes any guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes go to the courts of the state in which Bluepeek Reviews operates.

Changes

If these terms change materially, account holders are told by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
