Getting help

Email info@bluepeek.com.au. One person reads it, so a reply usually comes the same business day and always within two.

Include the card reference printed on the card (it looks like BPR-000123) and the business name. That is normally enough to find the problem without any back and forth.

A card is not opening anything

  • Check the chip has been written. A card that has been printed but never programmed does nothing when tapped — this is the most common cause by a distance.
  • Hold the phone still for a second, with the top of the phone against the card. iPhones read from the very top edge; Android usually from the middle of the back.
  • On iPhone, NFC reading is always on and needs no setting. On Android, check NFC is enabled in system settings.
  • If the business has been archived, its cards stop working on purpose. The review page will say so rather than failing silently.

A card opens the wrong business

A card can be reassigned without rewriting the chip — the URL on the chip never changes, only where it points. Email us the card reference and the business it should belong to.

Signing in

Use your email and password. If you do not have a password, or have forgotten it, choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and follow the emailed link.

A sign-in link opens in your browser rather than the app. That is a limitation of how email links work, so to sign in to the app itself, set a password from the emailed link first and then use it in the app.

Writing a chip in the app

  • Open the app, go to NFC, then Program NFC.
  • Tap the card you are holding in the list. Nothing scans until you do — the scanner only starts once a card is chosen.
  • Hold the chip against the top of the phone until it confirms.
  • Chips are written unlocked, so a card written to the wrong business can simply be written again. Erase a card wipes one back to blank.

Writing needs an iPhone 7 or newer. iPads have no NFC radio and cannot write cards.

Reviews and ratings

Bluepeek never hides or filters a rating, and never decides who may leave a public review based on how they rated. Every customer sees the same options. If you have been told otherwise, tell us — that is not how it is built and we want to know.

Billing, cancelling and deleting an account

Billing is monthly and can be cancelled at any time from Settings, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current month.

Use Delete your account in Settings (or your billing page if access is paused). This removes your sign-in and access; existing business records and cards are retained. If you need help, email info@bluepeek.com.au from the address on the account.

Request a refund

Request a refund by email. Include your account email and the charge date or receipt reference so we can find the payment. Please do not send your password or full card number.

We will review your request and explain the outcome. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions.
